Preparation steps
- Slice the bun'n'roll in the middle
- Spread the fromage frais on both sides.
- Then add the sliced avocado and the hummus
- Add a few slices of mango, the sliced tomatoes and a few alfalfa micro-greens
- Close the bun'n'roll
